No passport received yet & no information displayed on we

Hi,

I Amit Rajput had applied for passport of my Wife, Daughter, Mother In-law & Brother In-law.

Details below: (Aarti Rajput (Wife) applied on 17/07, File No Z 161864), (Namya Rajput (Daughter) applied on 17/07, File No Z 161865), (Kanta Sokhal (Mother in-law) applied on 17/07, File No Z 161862), (Vivek Sokhal (Brother In-law) applied on 17/07, File No Z 161863). Every time, when I am checking the online status, the status just says that " File Reference Number (DLH-Z161865-08) is either wrong or Information NOT available & No passport received yet. Please confirm and display the correct information at online status.(all police enquires had been complicated 50 days ago) I am very worried as it is as urgent for us as they had to go London on marriage in October. Request you please urgently look into the matter and help us to get our passports by 15th Oct. As we have to apply for visa as well. If we do not get the passports till 15th Oct.
