DDA 2008 Housing scheme
Non payment of refund amount of unsuccessful applicants of ‘2008 housing scheme’

Inspite of the promise that the refund amount of unsuccessful applicants of ‘2008 housing scheme’ shall be dispersed by 31st Dec the same is still awaited against my application No. 9314159.

Neither the bank (SBI Vikas Sadan, New Delhi) nor DDA’s helpline is committing about the same. Actually, SBI’s CELL NO. 9810717558 for necessary help in this regard is either disconnecting the phone or not responding at all. Now DDA office is directing to wait till 26th Jan for lodging the complaint even. Both are enjoying on our hard earned money from more than last four month.

Please arrange the refund with interest (@ market rate) for overshoot days at least.
