I had booked a ticket on 18th Jan in Air deccan for the Delhi - Kulu flight. This was for my friends Priyanka Baveja and Tarun Baveja. Though the check in formalities were completed the flight did not take off causing inconvinience to the passangers. Subsequently we had requested for a refund. It has been now 2 months that Air Deccan is sitting on my money.

I had requested for the refund on the same day (18th Jan) and subsequently have made several calls since then. I was finally given a case number (# 123899) and was promised refund in 3 days and the same has not yet happened.

I have made this payment through my card and I have already incurred Rs. 1400/- as latefee and interest on this behalf on my card. This is entirely the fault of Airdeccan. Request you to look into the matter and clear this issue ASAP.
