I have not seen Mr. Gautam since January. He is in bangalore and comes to office when he does not expect any customer to visit (during office hours). If you meet the staff at the office, you get good promises of setting up an appointment with the VIP Mr. Gautam, but no one has bothered to call me back even after hourly and daily follow-ups. Although the promises are galore about resolving customer issues, I am not sure how an invisible Gautam will resolve issues without even talking personally or lifting his phone.
It is good to see that you are atleast writing on this forum. Can you please publish a calendar from Monday to saturday along with appointment timings so that we can come and get your blessings!

We do not have any grudge against you, but just want to solve this long pending problem.
