Sir,

It is request that I am your coustomer since more than last 3 years and using your mobile services continously. I have to face with wrong BILLING this month which was Rs. 1767.In this amount Rs. 500 have been added wrongly. This amount has been added by activation of S.T.D. But I have never used S.T.D.

This bill hurt me and your customer care also not satisfied me. So you are requested that please look into the matter, correct my bill amount and action should be taken against person who activate this STD service by misguide. Otherwisw I will sorry to say that I will no longer remain.
