I reside in village called sirsaganj, dist; firozabad. here we are facing electricity problem very badly. because of this problem our day to day routine gets suffered and not been able to focus and give time to our business.hence we thought to buy one silent portable generator for house hold use. we bought genset (5 Kva) from indian multinational co. called mahindra & mahindra. the good part of the issue was we have got generator within 2 days of the request from Shree Radhey distributors, lacknow because it nearby to our place. after that the scary part comes. we have got this genset on 13-09-11. and the problem starts after 20 days of purchased. the list of problems are as follow.
1) The brand new generator did not get startd.after so many calls and complaints, after 5 days got serviced and got to know the battery didn`t charging.
now, done with this problem after few days it got worse.
2) This time the generator was stops automatically after starting of 5 seconds. as usual so many calls it gets solved after 4 days.
3) Now i thought it is my time to get little benefit but this time it comes with new problem and the problem was the generator was not producing the power supply i have done with this problem solved and now new problem comes i.e supplying less voltage and hence cannot use anything.
4) machines takes routine services like our car, bike etc i thought the company might inform us when the service gets due but the situation is totally different no buddy is interested to inform us about 1st, 2nd due services. days goes, the month goes no buddy was interested to get the services done. then i called them so many times and then got it done.
its around 9 to 10 months to this generator but i never have any feeling of had it. i am totally unsatisfied and never gets free from this generator physically and mentally. some time i feel that i have got defected piece.
so please, its my humble request to get this generator replace with new because i have also spent nearly 2 lac rs and also liable to get value for money.
