Product of your company flyte sym was bought by us on 17th jan 08, was giving us problems from day one regarding average and stopping in between. same was shown to your local service stations and was rectified by them on a temporary basis. now when the started occuring on a reccurent basis wehad consulted with our mechanical engineir and had found that the improtant parts like fuel pump, meter, fuel tank, etc has problem and has to be replaced.
as the product is in gaurantee period still the dealer over hear is asking for the cost of it, and not taking the case seriouslly.
kindlly look into the matter as it is serious cause of inconvenience to us otherwise we'll we forced to file a pettion under consumer forum.
