I have purchased the scooter on 13/12 from your dealer M/s JAMNAKINETIC, JODHPUR (RAJ.).
I am totally dissatisfied with the performance of the scooter and after sale service. I am disappointed mainly with the following points:-
1. Average mileage of the scooter has been taken @22Kms per Liter only (since beginning) on good roads, as claimed by you @40-45 Kms per liter.
2. Scooter lock is not working well. It is not smooth, key get stuck in the lock many times.
3. Fuel meter is not working well. Fuel tank becomes full only at 4 liters of petrol.
4. Sir, your company has claimed fuel tank capacity of 5 liters, but our fuel tank is filled up to brim only by 4 liters of fuel.
5. Fuel meter is not depicting correct reading of fuel available in the tank.
6. Sir, after sale service of dealer is very unsatisfactory. When we complaint to him regarding bad performance of the scooter, he has replied badly and told us to make reference to the company, instead of checking the malfunction.
Please take immediate action, otherwise no option will be left with us than to go to CONSUMER COURT.
