Wrong Bill Genreate

Hello, water bill for Nov for my connection came with much more higher value as it used to be, first the meter reader shown wrong reading, and prepared the bill accordingly, second the bill is generated on avg. kilo litre basis and they are not changing and preparing the bills on the same basis for the last 6 month.

Also in my area there is no civer supply available but in my bill civer charge its adding past sixth month.

Please help me on that.
