Same day delivery Order Not Delivered even after 5 days

I have order some chocolates to someone as get well soon gift on 12 sep 2009 but the order has not delivered still on 16 sep 2009.

And I called five times on their CC no 9230765100 but every time i reached their voice mail with no answer.

can any body tell me what to do now.
