I have been chasing Delhi passport office for the passport of my Son Aditya Tagra (File Reference Number: DLH-Z800121-09)
Initially they posted on the site it is pending because of police inquiry and when i provided details about the Police inquiry complteted from the local Police authorities they changed the status to Passport will be ready by 31-03 and will be dispatched by 01-04
I have approached the passport office by email, by phone persoanlly and still the status was showing the same on site until yesterday.
Yesterday i contacted them again to request for the dispatch and now today they have changed the status to "Passport was promised for delivery at counter on 31-03.Passport is not ready"
This is really frustrating to keep waiting and not getting the right response and chasing for the passport for more than 3 months.
