I recently bought the Dell laptop Inspiron 1525. I have lot of hope regarding the TECH Support from the DELL. You will get very good service before Buying but WORSE after buying. I try till 20 to 30 min on phone to connect the tech support but never get connected for support. I try to send the mail but not able to submit.
As far as Systen Config is concern there will be ONE partition and you have to struggle lot to DO it Yourself.
