Wrong warranty period

I have purchased a DELL VOSTRO 1400 laptop (service tag: JBZL1BS, Express service code: 42083760376) on 20/10 from WIZERTECH INFORMATICS PVT. LTD., Prakash Plaza, 1st flore, Opp. S.D.Hospital, Chota Tengra, Kharagpur-721302. According to terms this product is under warranty for one year from date of purchasing. When i contacted dell centre for a problem, this product is declared as out of warranty by phone and dell website. Here i have attached scan copy of original receipt. Further i contacted WIZERTECH INFORMATICS PVT. LTD. There i was told that after 2-3 days every record will be updated and this product will be under warranty. After 3 month i did not get any response. Please do justice.
