Hi, Now i know dell for lack of committment, service and consumer service, I got this new monitor in june, The sales rep told me that i will get the monitor in 3 days whereas i got the monitor in more than 2 weeks. Just within the first week of use it started giving me some problems, it used to turn off the screen with power light on sometimes. I tried to call ell tech support but due to such a long time (i was on hold for 30 minutes) i used to disconnect the call. but after a month it used to turn off the screen very frequently.. once in every two minutes, i have to press the power button two times to make it working, I complaint to dell tech support at last.. they told me that they will send me a replacement.. i thanked the technician but after half an hour, i got a call from dell dispatcher that the monitor is not in stock so he cancelled the dispatch and hung up upon me. I called dell tech support next day (after taking some tme to be on hold), The next tech said that he will take some time to see where the monitor is available, he said the monitor is in malaysia. he took additional 35 minutes just for the dispatch, again i got a call that it has been cancelled, after 3 attempts i forwarded this matter to dell unresolved case team, I have a 3 year warranty on the monitor, they shipped me a bad monitor for 17, 000 and they are making their service sick, i will wait for a day now before i register with consumer court.
