I purchased my dell laptop online from dell sales division in Aug'08. The salesperson name was Mr A M Ansar. Right from the very first day I realized that the laptopwas not charging consistely. Sometimes it was showing as plugged in while sometimes not. However I thought that mightbe a function provided by Dell to protect overcharging. However this problem continued. Very recently the laptop completely stopped charging. I contacted Dell technical support person, who first tried to play it down and putting pressure on me.when I insisted, they sent technical support person who found 'motherboard' faulty in the laptop. I requested Dell representative to change the laptop who didnt agree and is forcing me to accept the faulty laptop.
