Hi All,
I booked a Dell studio 15 laptop a week before.
And when i was booking that particular system . they promised me that i wil be getting my laptop within a week.
And that to its cost around 48000 .
And it was urgent as i confirmed them repeatedly for my delivery as i was abt to leave to my home town.
And they also promised me that i wil be getting the laptop within a week.
But now whe am checking with the status of my order online.
It showing that date of delivery is on 17th of this month. its almost aroun 2 weeks of time which fucks me alot.
To change the delivery address again it takes a huge process.
Also these peoples are boldly doing this type of service as no one will question them.
Infact in the DELL website there is no option to Log a complaint also.
And now when i am trying to cal them no body picks up the phone which makes me really fucking crazy.
A customer should not be treated like this after paying a hard earned money.
Atlast to fnish... IF YOU ARE CHOOSING DELL... THEN SUPPORT SUCKS... TRY TO SWITCH TO HP... this is my kind advice
