I have purchase brand new Dell Insprion Mini 10.1 laptop in June. The company claims to provide next day service in metro. Now My laptop is not turning ON. I logged the complaint with Dell toll free & also mailed them the problem. But since last 8 days I didnot get any reply from dell. When I try to use the chat with technical service it shows that there representatives alwasy busy. I suspect that this service doesnot ever exist. I only get one reply that to not complete that some part of your laptop is faulty & is being imported from singapore & it may take 14 to 18 days. SO what's use of warranty. I am now demading dell for complete replacment of this faulty piece with new one. But I am not able to find proper person to talk with. Can You help me in this case? I feel being cheated by Dell now.
