Laptop havent receive pay full money in advance

I APPLIED FOR A DELL LAPTOP ONLINE THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE.

SOME SALES REP CONTACT US ON BEHALF OF DELL. ASK US TO PAY MONEY, WE PAID WHOLE MONEY IN ADVANCE. WHEN THE LAPTOP DELVERY ARRIVE AT OUR HOME, WHOLE DELIVERY PACK WAS OPEN, SO WE DID NOT ACCEPT IT AND SEND IT BACK. WE TRY TO CONTACT THE DELL CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT HAVEN T RECEIVE ANY ANSWER YET. EVERY TIME DIFFERENT SALES REP COMES ON THE PHONE, DID NOT ANSWER MY QUESTON, ALWAYS ASK ME THEY WE CALL ME AND LET ME KNOW. ITS BEEN A MONTH AND I HAVEN T GOT MY LAPTOP YET AND NO ANSWER AS WELL THAT WHEN I GET IT OR WHETHER I AM NOT ABLE TO GET MY LAPTOP. ORDER NUMBER IS 840085346.
