Myself Ankur Saxena, Order no. 840081477 has placed online order of my laptop on 30th July. I was assisted by a Sales guy named Javed Aslam. He Promised me that i will receive my delivery surely by 10th August. After 2-3 days i came to know that he left dell and for further assistance i was contacted by Mr. S Devendra.
He again promised that i will receive my Order by 10th august. On 10th aug, When i Called Dell, for 1-2 days i was not able to reach my sales assistant, he was not picking up the phone or answering the mails. On 12th he called, and said that due to some problem i will receive my Order on 17th aug. But still on 17th when i called he was reluctant to answer my calls, somehow i came to know that it s delayed to 23rd august.
On 23rd when i called, he told me that i will receive my Order within 2 days. After 2 days, he said that it will take 2 days more and when today i called i.e on 31st august, he was not answering the phone, and some other sales guy told me that it might take 10 days more. While On 27th aug, i mailed to Dell, and they replied Stating "" WE ARE VERY CONFIDENT THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER ON OR BEFORE 31 AUG, SORRY FOR DELAY". And still now, Order hasn t been shipped from there. I am Very much frustrated here, i am in mental stress over here. Dell people misleaded me, If they have told that it will take 40 days, i may have gone for Vaio OR HP laptops. But they fooled me into this. Any Problem goes within dell is their internal Problem, i am not concerned, i just need what i promised.
IF I DON T GET THE ORDER WITHIN A WEEK, I WILL CANCEL THE ORDER AND CALL FOR COMPENSATION FOR MENTAL PAIN AND TIME LOSS.
