I purchased Lap top from Vijaya sales, Mumbai. Hinges broke in 2 months, when I called Dell they said i have to pay approx 9000 for extending warranty for plastic parts. I had to pay. I relaised that warranty started from the day they sold to vijaya sales and not to consumers.
their enginned came after 6 days and did nto put all the parts. It broke again in 2 weeks.
They they changed hard disk, mother board, CD Rom, I lost all data . their engineers will come as per their convenience and do not seems to have watch. Even once they came with screw driver and asked to supply one. Writing to Michael dell even does not help
Read waranty papers carefully. It says jurisdiction is singapore. To fine a case one has to go to singapore. Really pathetic
