On 7th July I sent a complaint to Dell India Pvt Ltd. about the operational failure of my LAN port of my Inspiron1525 Laptop. They sent me a case no. and assured me that a technician would visit my place to solve my problem via e-mail;but no one came till now.
Though my Laptop is in the warranty period but still the company is not taking any serious -quick steps.
