Dell Inspiron 15
Haven't get offered things

Sir,

I ordered Dell Inspiron 15.6 laptop on 26 th of May and Mr. Awaneesh singh, Inside sales account manager of banglore sent me an e-mail which offering me a Targus carrying case and a Creative head phone along with the laptop with free of cost. But they haven't sent these things execept the laptop. This is absolutely cheating. Still I am wating for Targus carring case and creative head phone. If they are not ready to send i will put this infront of consumer disputes redressal forum with the solid proof.
