Bad Piece and Bad aftersales service

I bought a DELL INSPIRON 1525 form computer world showroom of Kanpur 2 months ago having warranty of 1 year. But just AFTER 1 MONTH it started facing problems, and now its totally dead. I laid a complaint at dell via their toll free no. an engineer visited with replacement of motherboard but was unable to sort out the problem,

again i logged a complaint, they assured me quick and best service but company is not giving any response, moreover 10 days are passed. Even i requested for replacement of the piece but they totally denied. My service tag no. is 7prb2bs. kindly help me!!!
