after try to solve my problems and ennumbers of request to solve my problems my issue is not solved with Dell co.
i purchased a dell lap top in Jan . which thy delivered late i agreed .and thy gave me complsations for the same.
after some time my laptop started giving problems . i reported the same to dell customers care they asked to contact dell tech team i did the same they promised me a cal back which i never recevied . i have problems with my laptop
1: speakres give cracking sound
2: CDs dont work in my laptop.
3: they gave me bluetooth headset which is not working
4: laptop body is loosen which m trying to fix .for a long time.
5: on my laptop right hand top there are craches forming
6: laptop dose not close tightly
i paid them full amount at once ..it not even in inltallements then why should get such a terible service.
not even responce to issues . they trying to ignore .. i watned my laptop to be replaced...
