Poor sevice

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Dell inspiron (1545) Laptop on 23-10. But its OS is corrupted and I don, t have Windows 7 OS cd in my Kit, I tried to talk on your toll free number with ur Technical And support group they have given me Case no 2521389 but they are not able to solve my problem.

My service Tag no. 49W64BS.

Sir please tell me how i can solve my problem or I will suggest to other its better to go for HP, sony, Lenovo but not for Dell laptops due to poor service.
