Brief history of Case 2156233:-
My laptop is in warrenty upto 28/1 and I have purchased it few months before
At the end of May I found my laptop battery was defected and I call Dell technical centre on 1st June and at that time I talk to technical support executive regarding my problem and according to him my battery is defected and they have registered a case no 2156233 for replacing 6 cell battery but I did not get any battery which was compatible for my laptop (same as the time of laptop purchasing)
And I am continuing call almost every day for replacing the 6 cell battery for my laptop But No one is giving me a SATISFACTORY response and told me 6 cell battery is not available with them
I continueing calling at Dell technical cetre regarding this issue and after one and half month I got a battery on 15th July whose colour was not matching with my laptop and which make my laptop looks very old
I call again on 20th July regarding this colour problem
But I did not get any satisfactory answer and every time they say battery which is made for my lapto Inspirion 1525 is OUT OF STOCK FROM LAST 3 month and they did not know when it be available in stock or not
I again call 2~3 times after 20/7 but every time I got same answer and they told me when ever battery will be in stock then they will send but they are not telling the exect date
I AM TOTALLY FEDUP WITH THIS TYPE OF BAD SERVICE
I am a coustomer please tell me what is my fault why I am not getting the same battery which I require for my laptop battery
PLEASE CONFIRM ME BY WHEN I WILL GET THE EXECT BATTERY (SAME COLOUR & WHICH IS COMPATIBLE FOR MY LAPTOP)
