Service not providing

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Dell inspiron (1545) Laptop on 23-10. But its OS is corrupted and I don, t have Windows 7 OS cd in my Kit, I tried to talk on toll free number of Dell Technical And support group they have given me Case no 2521389 but they are not able to solve my problem, they are just transferring calls from support to technical group and doing nothing

Sir please tell me how i can solve my problem
