Dvd writer malfunctioning

Sir my laptops dvd writer is not working properly and is not reading the dvd or the cd's.

i have sent u a complaint earlier also but i found no response from ur side.

this is my second attempt to draw ur attention towards my problem.

so i beg u to please help me.
