Dell xps1330
Problem in turning on blue tooth

Hi this is kiran. I have purchased a dell xps1330 laptop a few moths back. When i tried switching on blue tooth, it was throwing an error saying discoverability and connection settings are not saved. I couldmt find anywhere where there settins are. Can you please help me in solving this issue asap? Thanks in advance. Yeshokiran 9962001402
