None delivery of my consignment

Sir,

I had booked two letters vide Docket No.129010846 to an addressee in Bangalore and one more No.129010847 to Kolkata. The same were very urgent as the matter pertained to invitations for an exhibition in from 01 FEB 09 .Unfortunately none of the two have reached there destination till date.

While tracking on I find that the first one has not been delivered on the pretext that the address is wrong. This is absurd. The address is complete and 100% correct.

While the second one has been sent some where else after it reached Kolkata. Will you pl. look in the mater and do the needful.
