Non connectivity of broadband

Sir,

I was alloted BSNL broadband service by my company with the aim to work from home. But unfortunately, there is no connectivity from BSNL broadband and haven't used the facility for long. I had raised acomplaint several times but in vain. Get calls from the department asking whether the problem has been fixed, but the fact is that the problem still exists. It's a pity to get such a poor response from a Government organization.
