Two days before the opening of Reliance Power, I applied for opening demat a/c to your Gwalior office and paid Rs.750/-by A/C Payee cheque which has been credited to your a/c. I was promised that the a/c would be opened the same day. I waited and waited with no response from your Gwalior office. Not only that I was denied the opportunity to apply for Reliance Power, neither the account has been opened yet nor the money refunded. Please look into the matter and get the money refunded
