Air tel amount Rs. 1450 come to 0 before validity

I HAVE BOUGHT AIRTEL SIM (9952103313) WITH NOKIA MOBILE MODEL 1110 at 2 year offer of airtel amount Rs. 1699/- on 05.06.2007. This amount valid up to 04.06.2009. But I went on official Tour to france from 11.05.08 to 20.05.08. During that period my mobile was switched off and kept in my house itself. After return I switched ON and checked my balance Amount (Air tel) found Rs. 0.00/- while I going it was Rs.1450/-

I was contacted customer service no body reponded properly. Kindly retrive balance amount at the earliest.
