Havnt received order no. 111633393, placed on 5/5 & chq for the order has been credited on 12/5 but still the ordered item havnt received. Mailed 3 times redgarding this and also talked to customer care executives several times but my problem is solved not till date. Nobody didnt even bothered to revert back from your side. Are you people running ur organisation like this only? talked with ELBEE courier & came to know that my consignment has been returned back to Secundrabad on 19/5 and its still lying there.
This is the last communication i am sending and if i dont receive any positive feedback then my advocate will communicate with you legaly.
