I AM AN NRI RESIDING IN AUSTRALIA. FOR THE TIMEBEING I AM HERE IN CHANDIGARH INDIA. I BOOKED TWO SPEEDPOST PARCELS FROM SECTOR 17 SPEEDPOST CENTRE. THE BEHAVIOUR OF BOOKING CLERKS HERE ARE EXCEPTIONAL. ONE LADY BOOKING CLERK IS THERE AND SHE IS NEVER INTERESTED TO LOOK INTO THE PROBLEMS OF CUSTOMERS. IF YOU ASK FOR PEN, SHE WILL LOOK AT YOU LIKE IF TALKING TO A FOOL AND SHE NEVER CARES TO GET UP FROM HER SEAT AND INSTEAD ASK THE CUSTOMER TO PICK THE PARCEL PUT IT THE BACK SIDE OF THE OFFICE AS IF THE POST PEOPLE ARE EMPLOYING THE POOR CUSTOMER. AND ONE MORE MALE BOOKING CLERK IS THERE HE THINKS AS IF HE IS THE BOSS OF THE POST OR A MONARCH OF THE COUNTRY AND IF YOU TALK ANYTHING TO HIM HE WOULD TRY TO POSE 100 PROBLEMS FOR YOU AND IF YOU ARE AENDING THE PARCEL OF 4 KGS OR ABOVE OR IT MY CONTAIN VERY IMPORTANT ITEMS FOR THE FAMILY IT DOES NOT BOTHER HIM AND HE HURLS THE PACKET FROM HIS SEAT TO A DISTANCE OF AROUND 3 FEET AND ABOBE FROM A HEIGHT OF 3 FEET ATLEAST. YOU CAN IMAGINE THE PLIGHT OF THE CUSTOMER, WHO IS SENDING THE THING TO NEAR AND DEARONES AND THAT PARCEL ITSELF. ITS ALL UNSOPHISTICATED BUNCH OF CLERKS POSTED IAT INDIAN POST OFFICES.
