Dear Sir,
I Harish Chandra Ram residing at H.No. 36, 2nd F.L.I.P. colony sector-33, Fariadabad. I was purchasing the Flat in Piyush Heights sec-89 Faridabad, The Flat was in resell and current holding owner of this Flat O-126 is Mr. Sujit Kumar residing at S-4, A-55, Ram Prasath Colony Ghaziabad, The sell dead between Sujit Kumar and myself had finalized and I had taken the loan from Deutschepost bank the detail of loan as below:

But at the time of Loan disbursement, Bank and the seller Mr. Sujit Kumar mutually discuss to each others, I do not aware what they had discussion and after that Bank produce Guarantee Bond Paper in front of seller to sign on that paper, so that bank bank disburse the amount to Axis bank where the seller had taken the loan for free hold the house paper and after that paper will transfer on my name, but seller refused to sign on that paper and this way our deal became cancelled, I request to bank and seller that they come out some other solution but neither bank accept nor seller accept and due to this I losses from purchase of Flat and (Rs.11580) processing Charges, Rs.1500/ Paper cost and two month time.
Other losses that I harassed by Bank and seller and in this deal only I loss everything others are remain safe, if I trying to purchase other properties like the same at this time then I facing that their cost is increases by Rs.2.0Lac now, The entire problem happen due to Bank and seller term & condition, if the bank disclosed, all the term and condition before loan scansion then this problem may not happen.
So, I request to you kindly look into this matter and provide me the reimbursement of amount which I had expends in the loan processing.
