I had received a message from Vodafone saying that (if you recharge for Rs. 200 you will get 6 month validity) this was for a limited period that is June 30th. I recharged my account on 30th morning even though my previous validity was till July 7th. After recharging when i checked for the validity it was showing that my account expires on 30th of July, it was not 6 months. I have contacted the customer care on phone and i complaint about it more then 10 times.
There was no proper response from any of them. And my account got expired on July 30th, and on 31st morning i called customer care for more then 7 times but each of them asked me to wait for an hour and longer but there was no response nor my problem got solved. Now i am not able to call customer care also.
I think atleast i would get proper response and my problem gets solved through online. Please do the needful.
