When i made call to 121 /198 service number . i didn't get any option to deactivate (Devotion alerts) Sikh Smart Alerts sms service which has been activated by mistake. At the time of redirecting call to customer care executive with 121/198 service, i get wrong number /this number does not exist warning. Please tell me the way of deactivating the sms services from my airtel lifetime prepaid number. thanks in advance.
