I applied for wireless modem. For the past two months modem is not working. In this regard I lodged complaint over phone on various occasion, so far no action has been taken. However, each month hefty modem usage charge is comming. I am unable to find the reason how the charges being levied to me when the modem is not working.
Kindly give Immediate attention is required to redress the grievance.
