Power Cut for whole day

Hello,

Today power cut from 11:00am and still not confirmed when it will be available, talk to customer care, they reply not sure, thinks in hot summer season how we are suffering, if same thing happen with DHBVN staff, will they bear it,

why not power gets cut at DHBVN staff.
