DISCREPANCY IN BILL & METER SPARKING

Dear sir -This is brought to your notice that I forwarded my written complaint pertaining to the malfunctioning of electric meter acount no.mm11- 2432 and meter belong to shri ranvir singh s/o shri kishan singh ward no-3, house no. 204 hodal distt. palwal.10 days have gone but there is no response. my younger brother goes to complaint centre daily, but they ask him for bike to accompany with him .we met S.D.O. they signed our application and mark for BADAN SINGH J.E. and they mark for mr. KALLU.when we go to complaint centre, KALLU has been gone out.no proper billing no meter reading last 5 months, we have already once complained 2 month ago. please suggest us what we do.
