I would like to report the worst bike service ever. The service station commited on a time to deliver the bike post a service and later called back and said that they cant deliver at the time promised, they requested that we come the next day morning. The next day morning when we reached there the bike had a wheel missing and no work whatsoever done on it. We asked the manager to drop off the bike at my wife's office as we were getting delayed and left. The bike came sometime in the evening with the right rear view mirror broken, scratches all over and an empty petrol tank. They called her before they left from their office which is like tops 5 km's apart and came about 2 hours later. The bikes rearview mirror was broken the bike was scratched. He says someone just 'Touched' the bike. It is very evident that he dropped the bike somewhere and now it needs huge amounts of money to fix it. The question is what can i do now? I want Dhruvesh penalized. What should be my next course of action?
