Sir, My telephone Number is 9710583857 and I send deactivate Dialer Tunes SMS to many times and I received a message such as " Deactivation to be processed" But till to date the Dialer Tunes deactivation / unsubscribe not carried out. How can I believe your service and I strictly warned to deactivate the Dialer Tune facility immediately. If I have not received any deactivate message or E Mail from you within one week then I will throw out your product SIM and I will change my plan with another product SIM and I will tell my friends and relatives about your bad response with customer.
Hence I request you to deactivate/unsubscribe the Dialer Tune from my mobile immediately.
