Diamond Ring won in bidding in the Indiatimes auction
Non-delivery then cancellation

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that after winning in the Indiatimes aution (order no.200345983) I got several confirmation of winning then debit my card and the despatch confirmation too. After a wait of a few days i get an alert that the order got cancelled. This is not the first time - they have done this before also. It is a wrong pactice that that a company like this is doing, when you win with on a lower side of the cost they cancel it and when the win is with a higher cost than the product actually is they send you the produict.

i would like to request you good forum that if you can make them send me the product won and also the earlier one if possible - order no.200322280.

i have had a couple of telephone calls made to them - spoke to Bhajan & Mukesh Kumar but both of them culd not help and were not willing to help or to put me onto Ms. Neha Uppal who is the agent for this win. The customer service no. I called was 18001808800.

I wonder why they have opened up a site like this when they do not keep upto it.
