I never recommend Barclay Credit Card.
Please go through the following Letter to Barclay from me.
DearSir,
This is to intimate you that Barclay Bank and I now have a payment dispute. My card no. XXXX XXXX XXXX 1947, has been suspended on 14 th Juneafter so many threatening sms from Barclays. I have made a payment of Rs. 1000 on 28 th May (Debited from my a/c) against a bill of Rs.5400, due date 2nd June, MAD- Rs 240. Copy of Payment details/ bank statement enclosed (ICICI bank cheque 247680) in a letter sent to Nariman point Barclay Office. Statement Period 12 Apr to 12 May. I have called/sent mails several times to your Customer Care Service centre. But without any responses. You are mentally torturing me.
One Executive identified himself as Imran acknowledge the reciept of the cheque but he told the payment would be updated within 24 hours. But afer one week another executive told me they have not recived the Cheque. This is disgusting service provided by you.
Now another bill generated including Late payment charges. I request you to resolve this dispute soon and activate my a/c again. IF ANY UNWANTED incident happens between us you and your people may face dire consequences. Equivalent to your T&C, I would also hire a third party to engage with you and your executives at your responsibilties.
As long as you settle this dispute I will not pay the rest of the Due.
