Subject: dispute statement dated 27 October WMM ENDHOVEN NL 134.92 EUR (Indian RS. 7, 877.54) not transaction done by me . my SBI Card. No.4317 5750 1659 3064.

I got my card closed on 14th October before receiving statement dated 27 October WMM ENDHOVEN NL 134.92 EUR (Indian RS. 7, 877.54) not transaction done by me and I informed to SBI customer Service next day immediately. As per the VISA norm, I informed customer service within 60 days (i.e. I informed within one week). (Please check my record of communication Card No. 4317 5750 1659 3064 of closing date etc.).

This is with reference to your monthly statement dated 27 October regarding transactions on Card No. 4317 5750 1659 3064 dated 06/10 WMM ENDHOVEN NL 134.92 EUR (Indian RS. 7, 877.54) I have not purchased these items and already submitted dispute letter of 152.91 EUR dated 08/09 and this amount has been cleared by SBI. When I received statement 27 October.2004 I requested the customer care executive for send dispute letter to clear the other billing amount of 134.92 EUR he spoke to me to forward the dispute with dispute of 152.91 EUR dated 08/09 but 134.92 EUR amount has not been clear till date.

The following details and correspondence are as under:

1.When I received statement date 27 Sep. I Informed the SBI Customer Service to Close my card, the transaction dated 08/09 WMM ENDHOVED NL 152.91 EUR (INDIAN Rs. 8.923.52) was not a transaction done by me sbi sent a statement of card member complaint and sent within three days.

2. I received a letter dated October 18 from Manager customer service after sending disputed transaction.

3. When I received statement dated 27 October another transaction date 06/10 WMM ENDHOVEN NL 134.92 EUR (Indian RS. 7, 877.54) not transaction done by me and I informed to SBI customer Service and requested for second statement of card member complaint. He/she had spoken to me that we forwarded the dispute of 134.92 EUR with previous dispute.

4. I sent a reminder on 23/03 to customer executive and send a letter and reminderMarch 29

5. I received a letter dated April 01 from SBI manager customer service regarding dispute at my letter March 29

6. I received another letter dated 31 August with dispute letter and send statement of card member complaint.

7. I send a fax massage to the manager customer service dated Nov. 8.

8. I sent a letter to the Manager customer service dated November 23 regarding harassment by collection department.

9. I received another dispute letter with statement of card member complaint and send it on 05/12.

10. I called customer service dated 10/02 at 03:50 and talk to mr. Ronit he told me that my second dispute is under process.

11. I called customer service dated 19/04 at 04:00 and talk to ms. Smriti wait for 20/04. she tell me? I am waiting of call of Madam smriti regarding my II dispuit amount.

Sir I requested again and again please investigate my detail of correspondence with sbi customer care case and close my dispute. For any further clarification, please contact me on my mobile no.
