Sub: My “ZEE TELUGU” TV subscription was disconnected you within 6 months

instead of one year.

Dear sir,

I D. Ramakrishna, residing at D2-20, HUDA Colony, Gangaram, Chandanagar, Hyderabad-500 050, my “ZEE TELUGU” TV subscription was disconnected you within 6 months instead of one year. My consumer no is 41136143496R. I paid 200/- for one year ZEE telugu TV subscription and activated on 1st march.

September 14th it was disconnected, I called your customer care and complained. But your persons told to Ten sports also activated with Zee telugu but I did not tell to activate ten sports, Without my permission how can activate tensports???

Already I complained one month back I did not got any information.

I kindly request you to please accept the complaint and do the needful.
