I bought DishTV in the month of July . last Sunday (14th Sep 08) dish TV stopped working. After talking with Customer Care tecnicians on phone they told me that "the VC card is corrupted" and they will send a technician within 24 to 48 hrs to change the VC card.
Nobody came till today even after calling Customer care for 4-5 times repetatively.
Atlast when the technicians called me (Technician's no:-9903034479, 9432589484) and told that he will be coming. When no body came, i called them and they talked slang and rudely and told that they will not help and cuts the call.
Even after that i have tried calling them hundred times, but they either cut the call, talks slang and cut the call or switch the phone off.
Is this the way the Customer Care technicians talk or deal with their Customers who pay thousands of rupees each year?
