Fault service of dish tv

Dear Sirs,

Viewing Card No. 01505615959.

The above Dish Connection was bought by me on 31.03.08 by paying an amount of Rs. 4990/- to Shakti Electronics, Vasai one of your Dealer. Right from day one I have been facing problems with your Service and i had to call the Mechanic to set the things right. Yesterday I had been to your dealer who has informed me that the service of Dish TV is hopeless and he is in a helpless state and he will not be able to help me. He has also informed me that he has stopped Dish TV connection to his customers. In the last 3 days I have not been able to view any TV Programmes. The message appearing on the TV screen for 2 seconds is error 101 conditional access and after that the messasge appearing is call dish tv customer care on 1 860 180 3474. I have tried many times to contact your customer care and i do not have the patience to wait for half an hour to contact your customer care.

In the face of such tough competition you and your service engineers have been providing hopeless service to the customers which is alarming. Please make it convenient to talk to me on my mobile No. 9422475334. Also send your service engineer to my address as below.
