Despite repeated calls and complaint reference numbers (17403247), talking to Customer Centre Executives like Mr Shriram, Munim Singh, Pradeep, Ramesh, Pooja, Anuj and so many people I have not yet received access to the channel OTV Oriya (849) for which I have paid since the last three months. I have already subscribed to the channel and whenever I switch to channel 849-OTV, I get CONAX conditional access message. Despite complaining for more than 10 times and calling for more than 15 hours on the telephone I am sick of the service rendered by your customer center executives. I would seriously consider sacking them from their job. All they do is ask me to wait for 4-24 hours and keep my channel fixed on 855 so that activation of OTV is faster. Dont you think that you have made me fool enough?? I am seriously upset with the service that has been rendered by DISH TV and wish to raise a complaint in the CONSUMER COURT as well so that everyone gets to know what a lovely service you people provide. This is my last complaint with you guys after which I will seriously go ahead and file a case in the CONSUMER COURT. Enough is enough.
Request you to read through the complaint, check with the Customer Centre Logs and provide a resolutions as fast as possible. Also, since its a mistake from your end, you should compensate by giving me a Movie on Demand for the month absolutely free since I have already paid for three months for OTV and have not viewed a single minute of the channel.
